Competition Giveaway Terms Conditions

1. Gifts are Non-exchangeable and Non-transferable. 

2. Gifts are dispatched to U.K. & Ireland addresses only. 

3. JSL Bathrooms are not responsible for any gifts lost/damaged in the post. Additional replacements for said gifts will not be dispatched.

4. Selected Winners will be notified via the supplied Email Address. if the supplied email address is erroneous, or Nonexistent, a secondary attempt to contact the winner will be made via facebook. It is therefore up to the entrants to check for notification(s).

5. JSL Bathrooms reserves the right to communicate to the public upon request, the names and counties of prize winners. This is in the interests of open conduct, and fair play.

6. If we become aware that a selected winner has previously won, we reserve the right to draw another name in that person's place.

7. No personal information submitted by entrants, other than those outlined above will be shared with any third parties by JSL Bathrooms.  JSL Bathrooms shares no information provided by you with marketing companies.

8. Any name selected as a winner that has not clicked on the 'like' button(s) as requested, or has re-clicked the button(s) removing said 'like(s)' may be disqualified from the draw. Another name may be drawn in that person's place.

9. JSL Bathrooms reserves the right to close, and end the competition at any time without prior notice.

10. Draws are made on or around the 1st of every month. Prizes will be dispatched within two weeks of the winner submitting their postal address.

11. Entrants are kept in the draw, until they remove their 'Facebook like(s)' at this point they will no longer be counted as participating in the Prize Draw.

12. Draws start from 01/09/2016, and continues monthly until stated.

13. Entrants must be at least 16 years of age.

14. Gifts that suffer wear and tear and/or become unusable will not be replaced.

15. Winners will have 28 days to respond with their postal address for their claim to be valid. Any person(s) who fail to supply their postal address within 28 days after being notified that they have won, may be disqualified from the prize draw.

16. Competition is not open to employees of JSL Bathroom Suites, or their families.

17. Spamming our email address or trying to enter multiple times, may result in disqualification.
